Sea Breeze room offers beach and ocean views

The Sea Breeze room is cozy and private and has a warm glow in the afternoon. One of only two guest rooms in the Main House (both on the second floor, separated by the stairwell). Its top floor position allows for gorgeous views of the beach, where the ocean meets the river, and of the surrounding forests and bluffs beyond. A private outside entrance leads up to your own deck where you might enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine and a tray of cheese, crackers and fruit.

Artistic touches

Custom built cabinetry and paintings by local artists add to the style and warmth of the Sea Breeze room. The television hidden in the wall behind the mirror creates a peaceful space while making that important game or a movie in the evening available. The custom built bed has a memory foam topper for a comfortable night’s sleep and it features roomy drawers underneath so that you may store your belongings out of sight. Read a book in the warm and cozy window seat in the west window or relax by the gas-fired stove.

Did we mention breakfast?

A warm, delicious, lovely breakfast is included each morning. For example, start with fresh organic fruit then vegetable frittata with a ginger apple or huckleberry scone, depending on the season. The next day might be Light and Tangy Oatmeal Waffles or Orange Pancakes with Orange butter syrup paired with locally made chicken apple sausage. We happily accommodate special dietary needs. Energy for hiking, biking, shopping, or wine tasting.  So many possibilities…
